“Through outstanding vision and leadership, Colin led the development of the Western Canada Mobility Network (WCMN), an innovative consortium of nine CICan member colleges and institutes. Colin led efforts to expand study abroad opportunities, increase student diversity, and lower systemic barriers for underrepresented students. By leveraging government and institutional investments, Colin guided the network to achieve measurable outcomes, including greater seat utilization, reduced costs, and enhanced culturally responsive student support. The success of the pilot program and the sustainability strategies developed under Colin’s leadership positioned the WCMN as a scalable model for advancing equity and access in global education, inspiring institutions across Canada and beyond.”
